We went back to see the townhome Sunday and spent an embarrassingly long time looking around. We love it! The tile is in, the A/C is installed, and we have a beautiful microwave! Things are really moving along and we just can’t wait to move in and settle down.

Thanks. I got an e-mail from the builder this morning addressing all of our concerns. They ripped out a wall to look for water damage and are ripping out the bathroom tile that got put down crooked. So far, they’re top-notch on the customer service.
Well, they should all be, for what it costs to buy a house in FL nowadays. 🙂
